Experience Old Town from your front door and waterfront activity from your back deck.  This charming restored 1920's building is located on the Siuslaw river, in the heart of Bay Street.  Open your front door and you are just steps away from quaint shops, boutiques, restaurants. pubs, coffee houses, art galleries, theatre, boat docks and much more.  Open the back door onto a private, sunny deck overlooking the beautiful Siuslaw River and all the excitement of the waterfront such as the Westward Ho! Sternwheeler, fishing boats, the famous Siuslaw River Bridge, numerous birds, sea life, and spectacular sunsets.  This spacious romantic retreat features 18' ceilings with large windows overlooking the river, original hardwood floors and modern amenities.  Fully furnished sleeps four with queen bed and queen sleeper sofa.  1 1/2 baths.  TV, DVD, Satellite, Stereo/CD, washer/dryer, dish washer, and microwave.  Bedding and towels provided.  Private parking space available for this unit. 

 

Rates & Information

  • Nightly rates are $140 per night.
  • Weekly rates are $750.00 per week.
  • Plus a $85.00 mandatory cleaning fee.
  • Romance Packages available for an additional fee.
  • No smoking, and sorry no pets.
