This open floor plan 800 sq. foot apartment with full kitchen, laundry, 1 bedroom, 1 bath, decks and a sofa sleeper is the place for you! A phone, radio, and TV/VCR await your use. The double car garage below has room to stow your vehicle and a ping-pong table for recreation. Beach access is within 1 block, and you can take advantage of local attractions such as: Sea Lion Caves, Old town Florence, The Oregon Dunes, Sand Pines Golf Course, Fishing, Hiking and more. Come, stay, and enjoy the beauty of the Central Oregon Coast.

No smoking or pets please. A mandatory $40.00 cleaning fee is extra.

Rates & Information Special rates of $95 per night, $550 per week, excluding holidays. Nightly rates are $125 per night Weekly rates are $550 per week Monthly rates are $800 per month plus utilities from October - April Plus a $50.00* mandatory cleaning fee.* No Smoking/No Pets.
