Property Description

A million dollar view located directly across from Old Town and right on the Siuslaw River. You will find this peacefully decorated 3 bedroom, 3 bath home perfect for that priceless vacation. It is located 1.1 miles from the first staging area on South Jetty road for all you ATV enthusiast. It is also walking distance to the quaint downtown Florence tourist area. This house has 24 hour (breath taking) views of old town and is steps away from the Oregon Clam Beds. The upstairs master bedroom features a king size bed, furnished with quality linens. There is a nice TV that is hooked up to local cable and is equipped with a DVD player. Attached to this room is a large sitting area (overlooking the river) with a full sized couch to sit and read or appreciate the view. There is also a master bathroom attached to this room.

As you continue downstairs, you enter the entry way and then into the living rooms, The living room has a beautiful leather (very large) sectional that looks out to the river. There is a queen sleeper in the sectional. You can enjoy the electric fireplace while watching the large flat screen TV & DVD player that sits on top of the mantel. The living room is open to the dining room and the kitchen.

The dining room has a beautiful new square table for 8 and additional seating at the nearby kitchen counter. The kitchen is very spacious and equipped with dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, stove and convection oven. This house is also equipped with every small appliance and cookware that you would need to make your favorite gourmet meal. It also includes an elaborate spice rack.

Continuing past the kitchen you will find a desk area for your lap top or other computer needs. There is a nice window that looks out to the side yard. From the office you walk into the laundry area complete with a brand new washer and dryer. Once you are back in the living room you walk down the hall to an Americana bathroom on your right (complete with shower and tub) and a bedroom on your left; with two sets of bunk beds. If you continue a short way down the hall you will be in the second master bedroom where there is a queen bed, sitting area, and master bathroom complete with separate shower and soaking tub.

Outside there is a large deck that overlooks the Siuslaw River, a covered area to BBQ (yes we even have a brand new BBQ), and a small side yard. On the other side of the house is another small fenced area and then a large area that overlooks the river as well. The driveway can accommodate several vehicles and there is a small hut to pull your trailer with ATV's on to keep them protected from the elements.
