Cape Mountain View, the pride of the Rusin Family sits nestled on the hillside with a view of the Pacific ocean, this home sits on eighteen acres of nature at it's finest. 

Sit and enjoy the fabulous view of the ocean from the hot tub on the deck, or sit and relax by the fireplace. Also close by to the C&M Stables for the perfect sunset ride on the beach.

The home sleeps 5, and is completely furnished with washer/dryer, microwave, coffee maker, stereo/CD, TV, VCR/DVD.  Fire place, (firewood provided) with electric heat for back up. 

There is a queen size bed in loft with view of the ocean,  open dining and living area  with a queen size sleeper sofa that accommodates 2 adults and loveseat sleeper sofa that accommodates one adult or two children.
